I recently picked up a copy of this game for PS4. Funny thing I asked my co-worker (who is a huge Playstation fan and collector) to keep an eye out on this game for me. Well, that was a year ago and just the other day he messages me letting me know of a guy selling a copy on Fb Marketplace. He's asking $40 and that's already a very fair deal. The game goes for $60 Canadian for the PS4 version normally! So I was already willing to buy it for $40 but when I asked him if he still had it he said he'd take $30 for it! Alrighty then.

This game is NOT for everyone. No doubt you have to be a fan of not only BttF but also a fan of these style of point and click adventure games too. There are times where the characters are annoying or boring yet other times where they're quite interesting. I like the character design and the voice acting is great! The controls on the other hand are terrible. For some reason my character keeps changing direction when I'm holding the thumbstick in a consistent direction. It's not even like after a major camera angle change either sometimes it's in the middle of a camera pan and the change in direction makes no sense in relation to the angle of the stick. I simply let off and then right back on in the same direction and the character will correct himself and continue in the original direction. Strange. But I'm guessing the game being originally designed for PC and Wii it may have been originally setup for pointing where you want your character to move rather than using an analog stick to move them. Still, seems like something that would have gotten fixed over the years! The graphics also take some adjusting to. But you have to remember this is a game from 13 years ago that was never meant to be graphically demanding. It was meant to run on even lower end PC's from the time. The graphics range from terrible to fine. But again I do like the character design. I think they look great. The damn dog Einstein looks hilarious though! Get past that though and the game has some good moments. The story and characters seem to be well done and I'd say it's safe to assume the story was done with care by people who love the originals.
