1They patched the game.
Now the game doesn't lock up when transitioning from Exdeath to NED.
There were still a few problems before this fight, as in, magic lamp would sometimes disappear from my inventory when trying to use it consecutively. Also I ran into some really bad RNG.
No commentary because I was pretty salty and didn't have much to add.
I've put in some text to explain what is going on though, and it's simple enough.
Anyway, I get to put this version of the game down for good. I will never touch it again. SNES or GBA all the way next time. At least I know they work.
