Backlog Resolution: Yakuza 0 Chapter 8 (Part 2)
0Okay, so I did a pretty substantial amount of side quest stuff between recording this part and the previous, which kinda resulted in a shorter than usual ending. I don't always have a good idea of when a chapter is going to close out, and the amount of time spent specifically on story at this stage of the game is noticably less than a number of the earliest chapters. This same thing happens in Chapter 9, but I will try to maybe include a few substories in some future chapters if they get unlocked.
Yakuza 0 is the 11th game in the "Like A Dragon" series, and the 6th mainline release. A prequel RPG set in 1988, the open-world game puts players in the shoes of two of the franchise's most famous figures: Kazama Kiryu and Goro Majima. Published by Sega in 2015, Yakuza 0 is credited for bringing the series out of obscurity in the US and Europe, pushing "Like a Dragon" into a new era of international popularity.
