The DS Lite has a GBA cart slot which can be used to dump GBA games and saves from carts. An R4 Card / DS flashcart is required.

R4 Card: These are widely available on Amazon and Ebay. Just load .nds files on a microsd card and it works! There are tons of videos about R4 cards on youtube for more details if interested.
