The Need for Speed franchise is widely known as one of the best video game franchises of the modern era for it's full-on street racing, police chases and intense moments, and it has resulted in some of the best racing games ever produced. Then there is Need for Speed Undercover, which was developed by EA Black Box and published by Electronic Arts in November of 2008, where you take the role as an undercover agent that infiltrates gangs to take part in illegal street races to stop a potential crime ring. It was a big departure from previous Need for Speed games and a very daring attempt by EA to produce it with several big name actors, but unfortunately, what ended up coming out was perhaps the single worst game in the franchise's history.
