first clip of the video says "it's probably bubba, he's an easy killer to get results with"
was still prodding and poking with my audio settings since I have an audio interface now
on the one hand, I peak my mic way harder which is funny
on the other hand, it means my old compressor settings were overkill and make me sound grating to the ear now
like it's not actually loud but it feels like it's way too fuckin loud, yk? would be better if I actually manually lowered the decibels in post compared to what it is in the video. but I think I've fixed it I just haven't had time to record shit lately

so my phantom power broke dec 2022
I adjusted my mic settings to work in OBS for my raw mic input and lowkey it worked but it lost a lot of my voice's detail but it also cut out my keyboard and mouse sounds (that's a good thing)
I got an audio interface in jan 2024 and I recorded a few vidyas with it but no clips yet so idk how that RAW raw mic input sounds yet. and like I said I sorted it out on OBS but with no noise filter rn it sounds detailed and you can hear my stupid keyboard and my silly mouse
