
Baking with Deli! (making James breakfast)
We make some healthy treats and breakfast for James! These recipes were taken from the app Keep it Cleaner. As it's a paid app I'm unable to share them sorry! Healthy breakfast greens (original recipe via https://ashley-clarke.com/)
Ingredients: green beans, kale, broccolini, sliced zucchini, asparagus, 2 eggs, lemon juice, thyme, onion and garlic powder, slivered or whole almonds.
Put 2 eggs in a saucepan of water. Bring to the boil then let them sit for 5 mins.
Meanwhile, in a medium/hot pan, heat olive oil then throw in some green beans, asparagus, broccolini (ends trimmed) and zucchini slices. Mix with thyme, good quality salt, pepper and powders. Cook for 3-5 mins.
Add kale and some lemon juice. Mix through almonds. Once kale has sofened (1-2 mins) remove from heat and serve into a bowl.
Peel the eggs, cut in half and serve on top of the veggies. Enjoy!
