BAKKWA IN SYDNEY!

Stumbled upon this little shop in Chinatown selling bakkwa!

for those who haven’t tried before, it’s a Chinese style bbq pork jerky that usually comes in square sheets - it’s a little bit charred, a little bit sweet/sticky and full of flavour, a super good snack or goes really well in a sandwich 😍

We got there when they were cooking them fresh on the grill, it was about $5.80 for 1 slice and really hit the spot… we had to go back and take Kat’s dad to get some more 🤣

They also have lots of different types of pork floss too!
