Okay! Things have changed! Now I'm doing this with Shade! Oh, and welcome to a part I like to call "Lets do the beginning of the game 2 more times". Fun times.
'Baldur's Gate' takes place in the 'Forgotten Realms', a fictional world created by Ed Greenwood. The Story is set in the year 1368DR and takes place within a region known as the 'Sword Coast'. It revolves around the player character (Created by the player) who is the ward of a wizard named Gorion. Your journey starts in Candlekeep, with you scrambling to gather gear to take with you for when you leave with Gorion. It's then that you learn that somebody wants you dead.
