After Baldur's Gate 3 patch 8 hotfix when you go to your camp and proceed on doing a long rest the game will crash when you use normal foods. Baldur's Gate 3 Crashing on Long Rest (Fixed). I really hope this helped you to fix fix baldurs gate 3 crashing on long rest.
