Early Access guide.
Play this game with Divinity Original Sin 2 tactics. Boost yourself before combat & remove 99% RNG. I went for 'thief' subclass.
*Build information:
I took moderately armoured feat which raises my rogue's armour class to 17 with medium armour & give +1 dex. 18 dexterity is enough to defeat any enemy with two short swords.
**Gear locations & benefits.:
Medium armour gives 17 AC. Also take note that 'Warped headband of intellect' is an important item for our rogue to raise intelligence to 18. Which is excellent for intelligence saving throw. It can be obtained by defeating Lump an Ogre in Blighted village.

Timestamps & Tactic:
01:08 Spectator
You will defeat spectator quickly. Remember that spectator takes multiple actions in turn. If given any opportunity Spectator will attack player with Ray, paralyze & awaken Drow. All in a single turn. Usually you need to defeat enemies before their turn, that is mostly true for every battle in Underdark.
02:20 Bulette
This enemy has really high armour & health. Capable of leaping to player's position knocking them out. And its attack power is also high. You will be fine as long as you do not give it any opportunity to take action.
04:54 Minotaurs
These two enemies are capable of taking two action in turn, their movement is also too much to consider & combined health of these two is 150. Drink potion of speed in first turn. When you fight second minotaur remember to save your one bonus action to consume 'invisibility potion'. If you miss multiple times you can always go invisible.
10:24 Duergars
If your perception dice is successful then Duergars will be revealed giving you better chance to start combat. If not then these enemies remain invisible. There are 4 enemies in this area.
Gekh Coal is mob boss, capable of resurrecting dead. Only enemy in area who can also teleport to other locations with misty step.
There is Lurgan a Cleric & Holvic a ranger both of them can go invisible.
Novice Garmor can frighten but I doubt it will come to that. There is considerable RNG in this game although I think with such high Dex & 17 AC + 2 AC from speed potion will make your rogue almost a tank.
Item location (must have items):
06:55 Boots of speed : Thulla who is fallen on ground has it.
07:38 Shadow of Menzoberranzan
10:22 Staff of Arcane blessing
You do not need to interact with Bernard.
