This is the mission which happens before the final.
Just as Bradford says it will be two pronged assault, this mission can give you two acievements, that is if you are not playing of Ironman mode.
One is named 'overpowered' achievement where you have to use soldiers of same class.
Second achievement is "Beginner's luck" for which you have to complete a mission using only rookies in June or later.
Keep in mind you can not use PCS on rookies, without any bonds there is no way you can give extra action.
Items are really helpful. Icarus armour,Overdrive serum,wraith suit ....Give these to rookies and even they are good enough.
