Thanks to the AVGN series and the fact that I brought my old Amiga 600 to our new apartment, I got interested in retro gaming. I got interested in it so much, that I bought a Retro Freak console. It is a wonderful beast of a retro console made by a Japanese company called Cyber Gadget. Thanks to this device, I may record some cool older games in HD!

The gameplay features one of the Retro Freak filters, namely SuperEagle. In my opinion, it makes the game look better.

This is my first playthrough of a Game Boy Advance game titled Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance. Although I chose the archer as my character's class, you'll see that I will end up as a melee fighter.

This video is the final part that presents the last boss fight and... it was pretty disappointing. The battle was pretty easy and the ending felt rushed out (no credits, no "congratulations", just a pointless cliffhanger). I know that the technological capabilities of GBA are probably quite limited but come on, at least they could add an ending screen ;/ The game just switches to the main menu. Apart from that, this game gave me a lot of fun and it is a nice break from those long and extensive games I am more used to.
