Another oddity from those wacky folks at Gaelco, the aptly titled Bang! is mash up of light gun target shooter and party game. You compete in a series of randomised events, each involving blasting targets on-screen, aiming to complete various challenges within a time limit. I guess 1998 was probably a bit late to the party for a game such as this, but credit where it's due, Bang! looks really good and plays pretty decently too! There are a fair number of mini-games to take part in, and it'll definitely take some practice to beat all of them.
Oh, and as was typical for Gaelco, certain sound effects appear to have been "borrowed" from other games...pretty sure the clip for blasting bandits is from Metal Slug!
