This simple well provides fresh water for your people, especially to put out fires. It is faster to build than a normal well but requires more space and no advanced materials. Wells make your inhabitants feel safe in near houses.
Tar Kiln
Special kiln with a funnel built of stone, Norse people produce tar out of wood in quite a large quantity. The material is used for building and trading. By-product of this burning process is charcoal which always finds a use as well. If tar is not needed, charcoal can be produced faster in a simple charcoal pit.
Fishing Pier
A small pier at a river or lake to catch fish. It is more efficient than a simple fishing spot because it allows to reach deeper water. A fisher can catch about 400 – 500 food at such a pier. To improve production consider smoking or even better salting it.
