Get the Jiggy by pounding in the eyes on the picture of Grunty, open the 180 Note Door, head towards BGS, but take a detour first before entering. You must open up Freezeezy Peak by filling in its puzzle and break the ice boulder leading to Cheato. Then go back through the tunnel and enter BGS. Once in the level, view your time for Gruntilda's Lair again. Timed - you know the drill.
