This is my on-going work in Jul 2025. This is basic transfer learning from a U-Net based segmentation model. The inputs are spectrograms of Mirnov signals from the MAST tokamak, and the outputs are masks denoting MHD modes generated using hand labels.My hand labels are crap because I don't have much knowledge in the field and therefore the IoU and dice score.

This is a binary segmentation task, mode or not-mode for a proof of concept. Obviously I will extend it to multi class.
