First and foremost, use SHIFT to dash, CTRL to slide, and SPACE to jump.
This is ordered, Easiest to Hardest, dashes to jumps.

Tip: IN ULTRAKILL, TIMING IS ALWAYS KEY

DASHES:

1. Dash Jump: To dash jump, you must DASH and then immediately JUMP afterwards. This takes up 2/3 of your stamina, and you must wait for it to recharge before doing it again.

2. Slide Jumping: This is a lot more like a dash than a jump, but it doesn't involve dashing at all. SLIDE, and then JUMP. I found out after the fact that all you need to do is just be sliding and then jump whenever, but as shown in the video, I simultaneously slide and then jump. From experience, it propels you the furthest when doing a Dash Jump immediately before.

Tip: You can skip on water if you're sliding beforehand.

JUMPS:

3. Ground Slam Jump: Doing a ground slam is just pressing the SLIDE button while midair. To do a Ground Slam Jump, you must do a ground slam and then immediately jump once you hit the ground.

4. Slam Storage: This is by far the most complicated of the bunch, first, go to a wall, do a ground slam right next to the wall but jump off of the wall right before you hit the ground, if you did this correctly, you will see orange/yellow lines on the screen (as shown in the video). Once you see the orange lines, jump as soon as you hit the ground, you'll know you did this correctly if you get flung WAY HIGH into the air (as shown in the video).
