You remember how Officer Owens gets attacked by that hooded demon out of nowhere in the Pauli's Diner scene at the beginning? Well, BAV (Batman Arkham Videos) found his in-game meshes in umodel, and as you can see below, Jason Todd is literally the demon's name. Two other hints (besides the obvious) are the red hoodie he wears and the A, most likely for Arkham Knight, scratched onto the table in front of him (even though it looks more like the Anarky logo to me).
