Around 2 hours 7 minutes to beat. This was the full second attempt, which was the successful playthrough. I did one failed attempt where I got to the end first try, then I spent around 36 minutes practicing the end bosses and segments, then did my second attempt and beat it. You get around 5 continues and can set lives to 7. You respawn where you died until you lose a continue. I will break everything down in the edited down tutorial version. There are two lives farming areas Im aware of but the lives max out at 9 on the counter.
