Despite its release on the Gamecube system, which I owned, I never got the change to play all of Batman: Vengeance in 2001. As most were, my attention was solely put on Smash Melee and other GCN games. Now, exactly 20 years later, I sit down and play Ubisoft's early dive into the superhero genre from front to back, and tell you as flawed as it is, games like this paved the way for future Batman games to excel.
