Hoo-wee, cats and kittens. Here we are, we made it! I wanted to have this out earlier this month, but the storm pushed me back about 3 weeks where production is concerned, so I appreciate your patience as I try to get back on track after finishing this. Thank you.
I got a lot of history with this scenario, as it’s one that I have not been able to win more than once despite having tried it a great many times, and I wanted to create a new memory for GameX to supercede the old one, as it was so long ago. The time I actually DID manage to win it, though, it was given an “Indiana Jones” style twist to spice things up a bit, and that stuck with me ever since I had the idea. Therefore, I wanted to go whole hog on that theme when I presented it here, as well as to coincide with the new Indiana Jones movie, the Dial of Destiny.
I hadn’t seen the movie then…
But anyway, I feel like getting it out in the same MONTH is a victory considering what we had to go through to get here. (Patrons saw it in July!)
After this I am taking a break from producing batreps for a couple months. You're like: "Wait a second, Tuck. It's been a couple months since the LAST batrep." Yes, this is true. However, during one of those months, I was out on the road filming this (plus other stuff). These factors all set me back far longer than I had originally intended, which was going to be the beginning of JULY to be timed with the new Indy movie. I am getting back on the horse as fast as I can in the aftermath of all that.
