Battle Brothers Expert Ironman [#7.1]: Lone Wolf, No RNG!

In this new Lone Wolf series, I have two goals:
1. Eliminate RNG as much as possible from a playthrough while still pushing the company to take tough fights when ready.
2. Fashion! Once the company is strong enough, I want my characters to look distinctive, using a variety of different weapons, armor, and attachments.
There are no battles in this video. In my experience, attempting to fight 7 brigands with either just only the Lone Wolf or Lone Wolf + 2 new recruits has about a 50-75% win rate. I wanted a strategy that has close to a 100% win rate per campaign, without having to restart.
Thus, for the first week of this campaign, I avoid battle and do other contracts to try to get a total of 2000 crowns. I want to try to recruit 5 more men to bring the company to 6 brothers. I think 6 characters it the magical number for a company: allows for a perfect surround to farm gear. This is even what introductory Hoggart quest from the standard origin wants you to do.
Future videos will have much more combat.
