A lot of new Dungeon's and Dragons DM's and players may wonder which is best to use, Battle Maps or Theatre of the Mind.

In this video I explain what the difference is and go into detail about the benefits and drawbacks of each so you can improve your D&D game.

Bare in mind, there isn't a correct way to play DnD so if you theatre of the mind over battle maps, or vice versa, as long as you're enjoying yourself you are doing it correctly!
