This game is absolutely insane! I love it.

While I don't think comparing it *too* much to Mega Man: Battle Network is necessarily healthy, I think it's a great selling point to hook fans of that series in. One Step From Eden is a faster-paced, more difficult game, with roguelike elements to keep everything fresh.

If you like Slay the Spire, or Mega Man: Battle Network, you may also like this game.

Even if you've never played either, One Step From Eden offers a fast-paced, strategic experience that WILL humble you at first. Every playthrough gives the player endless customization options to suit their preferences, with many layers of randomization to keep the experience fresh.
