Perhaps the two most difficult missions in Serpent's Path. In mission 10 you are fitted with battle units only. You got no Peasants here but you have the Necromancer already at your command. The first thing that you need to do is to zombiefy the camp near the bottom right corner as they'll be a threat behind you when you progress to the main camp. As much as possible let the Necromancer be on Idle (press O) or let him guard (press G) Shinja or any melee attackers. Doing so, he can recover his stamina and get close to dead units to reanimate. Attacking that camp also draws out a hefty amount of battle units from the main camp to attack you which you can easily wipe if the Necromancer raised a bunch of Zombies. The important thing to note here is to NOT wipe out Peasant huts without killing every enemy battle units specially Dragon Warriors and Samurais as they can kill you easily without any Zombies at hand. Prioritize destroying training grounds and those pesky watch towers.

For Mission 11, oh yes, the Serpentholm AGAIN... You can't easily secure supplies here as you are in between the Dragon and the Wolf that are teaming up together. You can, however, confuse the AI a bit by scattering around the map point to point. You'll rely heavily on Cannoneers here as crowd control because Dragons AND Wolves are joining together during clashes. Their Land Mines from the Metal Shop can also make you confident about unexpected enemy attacks when you leave the camp. Then at the bottom of the Serpentholm set two Watch Towers near to each other (for me this is the strongest camp defense). Don't bother attacking their camps first as you can be easily wiped out. One strategy to attack their camp is to setup some land mines on cramp paths after an attack on your camp as you can safely approach them while they train units. After setting up lure them out with your range units retreating and your melee units moving forward. Landmines can kill, if not, reduce a large amount of their HP and with Cannoneers you can easily do crowd control. Once the initial foot soldiers are done in infiltrate their camp with the Cannoneers prioritizing Watch Towers. Remember to keep the Necromancer idle as much as possible and attack with Yin Blade Ronins and Utara.

By this point you covered most of Serpent strategies like making good use of the quick spawn rate, harassing enemy camps, Utara+Yin Blade, Idle Necromancer raising Zombies, double Watch Towers, and my favorite Land Mines
