Battlebit Remastered, PC, Action, Simulation, Indie, All hail the algorithm

Battle-Bit Remastered is a simplified large scale first person shooter along the lines of the battlefield series, that focuses on fun rather than graphics or finesse. It brings the heat to the virtual battlefield with its low-poly graphics and massive multiplayer mayhem. As an action-packed simulation indie game, it offers an engaging experience that will keep players on their toes.

The highlight of Battle-bit Remastered is its intense multiplayer modes, where you can join forces with friends or other players in epic battles. With a whopping 254 players per server, get ready to engage in strategic team play that will truly shape the outcome of the war. Whether you're storming the frontlines or soaring through the skies, the near-fully destructible map and diverse range of vehicles add an extra layer of excitement to the gameplay.

Unlocking attachments and weapon loadouts adds depth to the gameplay, encouraging players to complete objectives and strive for character personalizations.


There are issues such as higher level players having access to vastly superior weapons, making the game feel unfair at times. Arguably, it is inferior to the likes of Battlefield Hardline, but it does currently have a much more active and friendly userbase, but this game is likely to see the same trend of player burnout and playerbase decline. Given that the gameplay is very shallow and repetitive, and I don't think many of the current players will still be playing 3 months down the line from its launch. Even if more content is added, it is likely to feel very similar to what's already there

While Battle-bit Remastered falls just short of greatness, it still delivers an enjoyable experience that will keep you hooked. Overall, for now, I give this game 85%, but check the player count before buying to make sure you haven't missed the boat.
