0Battlefield 2 AIX (Allied Intent Xtended) mod is the best mod when it comes to vehicle combat, as the mod focuses more on Vehicles rather than infantry battles, in this mod you'll get a lot of fun maps, tanks, planes and other stuff that you can play and mess around with, best vehicles in my opinion are the VTOL fighters and helicopters like the YAK-38 Forger, the BAE GR.7 Harrier, the UH-60 Battlehawk and the Nodar little bird attack chopper.
They're fun to play with as you can create havoc and chaos behind enemy lines, WATCH OUT FOR TUNGUSKA AND ENEMY FIGHTER MISSILES THO!
There's tons of maps where you can have fun like Operation Greasy mullet, Hammer down, archipielago and Refinery, i'd reccomend those!
The Infantry combat is serviceable enough but it can get fun too with support units armed with literally MINIGUNS IN THEIR HANDS, Like the Heavy in Team Fortress 2!
Overall AIX mod is the best mod for you if you're looking for a much satisfying vehicle combat experience in BF2 and some epic moments, you won't regret it!
