Battlefield 4 multiplayer - AMD Athlon 220GE Vega 3 - memory restriction lifted
Integrated Graphics Gaming BENCHMARK w/ Vega 3 - BF4 | 1080p - medium/low
With the most recent BIOS Vega 3 users can use higher specced memory speeds with their AMD Athlon APUs. Initially at release, 2666MHz was the maximum speed, enforced by the BIOS.
Just for a quick test I went back to some good old Battlefield 4 multiplayer to see how the Vega 3 fares in great looking, AAA shooter. As you can see, the memory works fine with its advertised speed out of the box, and with medium/low settings and a touch lower Resolution Scale one can have great fun in BF4 with Vega 3.
