Honestly, I like the very low CPU hit from using Intel QSV (gives me a reason to turn on the built in HD4000 graphics processor of the i7-3770k) And actual hit on gameplay is near or next to nothing.

But it doesn't really feel a constant 60fps...maybe I'm doing it wrong.. Anyway.
