Battlefield 4 | Sniping Glitch | Example & Possible Explanation

Currently in BF4 if you use the straight pull bolt attachment you will suffer shot inaccuracy despite your scope being on your target. This occurs when you are standing still, crouched, prone and moving.
The problem is that the gun only allows you to shoot when your gun is loaded, you can try this for yourself: fire the bolt action sniper once and then while re-chamebering spam fire, it won't fire until it is loaded. With the straight pull bolt when you do fire it will shoot with noscope accuracy.
Through looking at the bolt action without straight pull bolt attatched you can see it is not due to: movement, quickscoping, suppression or any other nonsense. It is simply that the pull bolt allows you to shoot too early. I believe the animation shown at the end of the video: where the hands raise the gun slightly up after re-chambering are where issues arise.
It seems that the straight pull bolt allows you to shoot as soon as the bullet is rechambered and therefore before the gun has been raised slightly upwards.
However, without the straight pull bolt attatched you must wait until the gun is raised before firing and you always have 100% accuracy
All the points in the video can be easily replicated, there is clear evidence for sniping issues in BF4 and they need to be addressed. Any comments detracting from the point at hand will be deleted, any claims made need to be backed up by recorded repeatable data otherwise they simply are not worthwhile.
Thanks for watching, share and it help it get fixed.
I am merely expanding upon the points brought up in this video by L0ckl34r:
