I tried playing the game Battletech for the first time. I backed it on Kickstarter when they started working on it but didn't try playing it till several years later after they released it. It's a really fun game for the PC and I had a great time destroying Mechs. There was a lot more planning than I expected between the missions, fixing up your mechs, paying your mechwarriors, and deciding which missions to take.
