Battletech: The Crescent Hawks' Revenge Propaplaythrough Episode 2
2The second part of our desperate play through of Revenge... I think I'm going to shoot for two videos a week to make our April 24th deadline.
In this one I bashed my head against Tai-Sa Chiun's Mobile HQ.... *Eight* *Times*... (No, I don't try to make anyone watch that, montaged that crap..) Then blitzed into the Mountain Pass mission. For all my effervescent nostalgia I forget how ball bustingly difficult this game gets at time, making major sacrifices on the altar of RNG...
I must painfully concede that it's a glaring design flaw that this story arc sees you perpetrate a difficult mission (that involves a fair amount of waiting and sneaking), then, with your mechs beat up pretty fairly, throws you at a timed boss fight (catch the mobile HQ), or else forces you to take on almost an entire light company with roughly one beat up lance (how I wound up finishing it).
