The MAIB report indicates, in two distinct points, a particular inclination of the Bayesian in the time range preceding the capsizing.
This position of the Bayesian, quite anomalous, could be explained by the presence of a large fishing net that is intercepted by the trajectory of the Anchor during the Leeway Phase.
Is it the Net that determines resistance to the point of making the Perini tilt up to 20 degrees? The question becomes legitimate...
Could the simultaneous arrival of the Wind, taken with an inclination of 60 degrees with respect to the Bow, and the boat bent by 20 degrees, have done the rest, giving the Coup de Grace?
