Truthfully I don't know if I want a Bayo 4 without any form of Cereza. I don't hate Viola but Bayo 3 doesn't make a good case for Viola in terms of gameplay. I could get used to her personality but she was pretty limited compared to Bayo or even Jeanne.

I know people make alot of comparisons to Nero with Viola but the big difference to me, as someone who has clowned people in the DMC community for being irrationally mad at Nero existing at all, is that Devil May Cry is called Devil May Cry and not Dante May Cry. Until Bayo 3, Bayonetta was another name for Cereza and not a title to be passed onto a different person.

And again I play Bayo for Bayo(Cereza) and I struggle to see a game called Bayonetta 4 where we play as Viola carrying on the torch. Honestly I'd rather they call the game something else at that point because I come to these games for gun heel British, anime woman.

My hope is for a game where Bayo literally has to fight her way out of hell (so basically in the format of Bayo 1 except instead of fighting Angels the whole game you're fighting demons in Inferno).

I actually feel like we missed 2-3 games worth of stuff before Cereza actually died in this game. It really came so soon in a series that never seemed to take death all that seriously.

You can't show us the endless possibilities of multiple Bayonettas and barely scratch the surface, Platinum. You can't.
