Part 16: Chapter 15 – Truth
We’re near the end & the truth will finally be revealed.
When you start, you will be battling against a lot of angels. Bear in mind you will need to step up your game especially against the giant angel as well. Using your best weapons will ensure your survival.
Afterwards, things feel way too familiar but it won’t matter because the angels will stop at nothing than to take you down. Eventually the platform will split due to a monster. Loki appears, explaining that you were sent back in time due to Loki. Bayoentta ain’t taking that crap and he finally reveals the truth. He goes on to say that he wants the Eyes of the World and he’ll do whatever possible. He goes by the name of Loptr whereas Loki, the one we know was sent to the future as a means of escape.
Loptr will have many attacks at his disposal. You can time your blocks so you can get Witch Time. After dealing enough damage, he’ll launch a meteor at you. Use a reaction command to negate it. The fight resumes as normal. Remember the same strategy and you’ll be fine.
After the fight, Loptr will unleash everything on you and feels that he succeeded in his mission. Meanwhile Loki reaches the Gates of Inferno but not before meeting Loki, aka the good guy. Loki asks that he takes him to Fimbulventr, having regained his memories and known the truth. Luka decides to take him to Fimbulventr, leaving him with a trump card.
The next part of the level is more of you moving about and defeating enemies. There is a Muspelheim if you look forward. Save the door till later once everything’s done.
Meanwhile the events transpire as normal with Loptr striking Rosa who takes the blow. The only difference is that Bayonetta arrives, having seen what happened with her own eyes.
The finale is in our reach in Part 17.
