This ones pretty straightforward, you can do this one any character but it deals a lot more damage with Rosa. This deals surprisingly high damage and hits multiple times, you'll want to immediately jump and punch again as soon as you land and create a shockwave. You can't do anything else besides jump out of this anyways, there's a lot of delay if you try using a ground attack.
This will stunlock just about everything in the game. You will need to use Earrings of Ruin on Bayonetta or Jeanne, but this also works on Chapter 14. This also has a pretty wide area of effect and is often a much better option than PPP for fighting groups of enemies. The damage is siginificantly lower on Bayonetta and Jeanne, you can deal more damage with normal Umbran Climax on Jeanne. This isn't always the best option against enemies who like the dodge a lot, but it will go through shields.
