就是設定下載的東西，要放到哪裡會比較好，方便管理為主，方便操作為主

右側點擊、用戶註冊

然後大家自己弄一下，申請一個帳號

有了帳號之後，點擊、用戶登入

沒有任務在下載時的最大上傳速度

這一個的意思就是說

當你將這些的任務全部都下載完之後
It will ignore the upload speed limit here
它會忽略掉這邊限制上傳的速度

這一個就會被忽略掉，然後切換為無限制
