We're going to be using 2 existing effects to make a new one!
This beam slash effect is relatively simple but if you can do this, you can do anything with a bit of creativity!

1:12 Loading up _Emptyobject.nif in Creation Kit preview window. We will be making this object into a new beam slash effect. Then, copying a mesh over and animating it.
5:04 Adding particle emitters and tweaking/editing them. Also I duplicated it so they cover the curvature of the beam slash visual.
18:32 Using Outfit Studio to stretch the mesh.
22:09 Editing colors and stuffs.
25:46 Adding a splash particle emitter by duplicating existing particles, then set up dynamic aspect values so they stretch and look like sparks.
