Beamdog Is Developing A Sword & Sorcery Game Called MythForce
11Beamdog, the company most known for their Enhanced Editions of Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, and Neverwinter Nights, is making their first game: MythForce, a roguelite, 1st person sword & sorcery game inspired by classic 80s cartoons.
I gotta say, the visuals are spot-on, and the soundtrack in the trailer is pretty freakin' epic. Given how much fun I've had playing the Enhanced Editions of my favorite CRPGs over the years, I'm fairly certain I'm going to have a blast in this game when it launches in Early Access later in 2022.
