BeamNG.drive's Update 0.35 Overview in 3 Minutes!
186On April 2, 2025, BeamNG released version 0.35 for the game. In this update, we got the remastered Hirochi Sunburst. This car received significant updates from a new boxer engine, wagon body, rally variants, and so much more! For CVTs, especially for the Sunburst, the logic has been greatly improved in this version. CVTs now have the ability to emulate gear shifts when enabling "Sport Mode". This only works on the Sunburst at the moment. The West Coast, USA map also had some new additions. Such as a new drift track, tunnel entrances to the racetrack, an extended drag strip, and general improvements to the track. At Hirochi Raceway, there is a new drag strip just outside the main race circuit. A new unique feature added is the new audio and visual pacenotes in the experiemental "Rally" mode. Also, there is a new radial menu, which streamlines and improves user functionality when selecting anything you need.
