The current strat for this level has been to play as Inferno (which is usually the best option), but Inferno's weapon is really bad at hitting the level boss. We made up for this by using Inferno's homing attack instead. However, Scorpinox is almost as good as Inferno in every way, and his weapon *does* hit the boss easily, allowing you to spam shots at it. It's hard to say how much time this saves exactly, but I think it's worth switching characters for this level.
