Update: This is far-less reproducible since April 2021 in-general, but can still occasionally happen with exaggerated movements (intentionally trying to reproduce this). If I had to guess, newer versions of Beat Saber addressed this, so theoretically, for the best tracking experience, you'll want the latest version of Beat Saber (notably this happens on 1.13, the currently latest version BMBF supports).

It seems that when the controllers come up from the hips, they sometimes don't update their location/tracked position until I shake them. It's very apparent in the first 40 seconds of the video, and happens a good bit towards the end too.

It doesn't seem to happen when the controllers are brought-in from arm-level off the sides, and from above the head. Only when brought up from the hips. I've had this happen a good bit during actual gameplay because I rest my arms in that position during brief song breaks and wall dodges, but even doing big swings or "dancing" to some songs has my hands go behind me at times.

The usual specifying a tracking Hz (60Hz), cleaning the sensor cameras on the HMD, and making sure there's enough lightning don't help. Factory-resetting doesn't help. Happens with 72Hz and 90Hz (adb/SideQuest) with stock and BMBF-modded 1.13 Beat Saber.
