Playing 1.e4 doesn't guaruntee that Titans will play 1...e5 so I was experimenting with what could force it to do so. Playing the Kadas Opening (1.h4) worked every time but Titans would never play h6 later. The English Opening (1.c4) gave similar results to 1.e4, sometimes it worked but mostly didn't. I tried the Andersson Opening (1.a3) a couple of times and ended up saying "fuck it let's do a Ware" (1.a4) and it worked on the first try AND Titans played h6. Technically this is slower than just playing 1.e4 but it worked for me so if you want to beat this time then just play that. Also be quicker than I was because I was quite slow. Sub 10 seconds is quite likely to be possible here.
