Explanation:

1) Minecraft Version: 1.12
I recreate a survival world with superflat type, preset (above) and a specific seed (above) that allows me to spawn near coordinate X: 0 and Z: 0 (This is also required to reach the end island at Y:63/64)
Before the world is even loaded, I crash the game using ALT+F4 to cause a glitch named End Warp
The world also attempted already to spawn me in The End, since I spawn inside an end portal.
(This saves my Overworld coordinate into the End)

2) Minecraft Version: 1.7.2
I switch my Render Distance since 32 is an invalid value here and would cause a crash
Then I load a single tick to convert the world and make it suitable for 1.5.2..
I unfocus the game and close it without inputs

[2 to 3] (Here I delete options.txt to prevent 1.5.2 to crash)

3) Minecraft Version: 1.5.2
I switch to peaceful difficulty to make it easier.
I load the world and I wait until the dragon is very very close to me, then I use the windows key and I cause an automatic unfocus of the game, letting me close the game again without inputs

4) Minecraft Version: 1.9
I load a single tick to kill the Ender Dragon thanks to https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-100333
I unfocus the game and close it without inputs

5) Minecraft Version: 1.8
I need to do a last minute switch, because the dying Ender Dragon will only spawn the Exit Portal at her current position in pre1.9 only
Then... I win the game
