Beating The Oldest Version Of Baldi's Basics
2Version 1.0 of Baldi's Basics Classic is known for being one of the buggiest versions of the game. On top of that, a lot of gameplay features didn't exist yet.
- BSODA doesn't work on this version. It doesn't push characters if the FPS is high, making most ordinary routes on this version much harder/almost impossible.
- Baldi gets noticeably faster in this version.
- Controls are a lot clunkier in this version.
- There are big globes in the detention room the player can hide behind, and many rooms have glitchy corners that characters cannot see you in.
- Playtime now alerts Baldi when she catches you, and her game cannot be ended with safety scissors, as that item doesn't exist in this version.
- Playtime also never stops chasing you when she spots you, while in the newer version, you could turn a corner to make her forget about you. She also takes slightly longer to start her game, making her a much bigger challenge in this game.
- Moving diagonally in this version makes you go faster.
- First Prize does not exist in this version.
