So, for those who interested, here is the video of me playing the modified version of SCUMMVM capable of displaying the active script zones for current scene. You may see the rectangle clickable areas along with its internal script names. And this is very helpful in finding a secret hidden zones.

You may notice, all secrets are works the same: there are four clickable action zones which is only a 2x2 pixels in size called "FlagX". You must click them in particular order from 1 to 4 one by one to activate the special script.

If you look for that "Flags" in game resources, there are only five of them in all game scripts.
