The complete process of making a Crossplatform server to play on.
We will be using the current latest version which for Java is 1.17.1 and Bedrock 1.17.3 to make a server where both version can cross play Minecraft.

With the new 1.17.3 Bedrock update many servers will be left with players that cant join. Luckily Geyser has very quickly created a version for 1.17.3 that works for bedrock clients although the server is on Java 1.17.1

You can update your geyser to 1.17.3 to allow bedrock players to join the latest Minecraft update.
