0This is an old favorite of mine. Through some stroke of luck I'm now two hours in and the game hasn't crashed.
The most noticeable changes will be the trees and the perks. I was playing this load out about a year ago and it's sat on the shelf until now. I don't even remember all the stuff I changed. I'm slowly learning it again.
Had I remembered the perk requirements I would've set my guy up a little different but I'll make it work. Having the luck perks available at the start should be very helpful.
The lip sync is broken because I'm running the game at 100+ fps. For some reason Nvidia control panel crashes if I try to edit the graphics settings of a particular program so I couldn't cap the frame rate if I wanted to, and I don't want to. I'll take buggy physics over 60 fps. The ideal solution would be to cap the frame rate to 60 while in town only. If someone knows of a way to toggle something like that let me know.
The difficulty is pretty much spot on. It's just hard enough to make me have to strategize. I'm sure it'll become easy mode once I get some good armor though.
There will be lots of guys to kill. I have it set up to 2.5x the regular count.
