Been trying for a long time.
Now, two of those did get addressed a little bit. The timer on Arena went up by an hour after JP tested it out first. Good. That took around 4-5 months. Eleanor I am unsure of, but they eventually made the base under 100% go through walls as well. I won't comment on time frame, since by the time I was done with the stories content, it wasn't there and that was about a month or so in. So lets say month+, be generous.
The rest by my admission has been on the table for a long time, so I don't wanna hear something like, "They need time." It can only be an assumption since, heck, maybe one day they will adjust these things, but it comes off like they simply don't want to do it and know no consequences will be had for doing so. They're fully aware it's a problem, and so will it stay as one.
Outside of the ignoring, incorrect information, which I have a picture of their statement when it game to the preset/naked units in Colosseum argument, adding in that, yes, the support does respond and I don't fault them, since that is basically the end of their job. The developer needs to do something at that point, which they tend not to. The difference on the facebook is that during that time frame, you posted once to go to support, then the preset, else is was bans after months of ignoring, between multiple accounts.
If you're not doing something that makes you look bad or passing it off to someone else, when you have the full capability to actually be more helpful, with the complete ignore of issues in your game, which was both for you and the people around, hoping people would join in as well to go to support, since its the lack of people giving a shit that allows this to occur, it never would have gotten to that point.
Even with the "Warnings", you did do a warning, like 6 months in. Course, when I noticed you said that, I called you out on it, which I gave you around a day to respond, which you didn't, then I called you a parasite and to show that proof again, which you banned me. Now, am I in the right? No, course not. I'm putting my frustrations out on you, since you refuse to have even the bare minimum of decency. I didn't do that to the support, since they did their job, even when one of them was rude, it was one off and I commented on it, but didn't go in like I do you. When you did messenger, you responded and did something. You were disrespectful and neglectful for a huge majority of time, but want some sort of civility. Dug yourself so far down, but want that shortcut back up.
You also don't have any intimidation factor. As stated above, when it came down to it, even on accounts when I didn't go at you, you banned them anyway because I was pointing out the issues of your game. You did that twice so far.
So, outside of their control, the supports who have value, likely sent it in, suggestion either sits or burns, nothing happens. The front portion of facebook, especially around this time, since you weren't using messenger during like 4ish months, I know, I was telling you to go fuck yourself in it with no response, more so if not considering messenger, you either did little, to nothing, little feels a bit too big though for like one time though.
Guardian Tales has good qualities to it, but it's pretty clear that if the developer feels they can get away with a subpar or unfinished work, they'll do it. Unless they get lambasted by a lot of people, they're not gonna change the game for the better, which is sad, because these are core design flaws. Like Preset, nice feature, but if they fixed Colosseum's issue, where, since progression is so bad youll need to swap gear, preset doesn't fix you having naked characters at times, it just makes it a bit quicker to change. All you had to do was split it from the main games equipment loadout, bam, don't have to worry about the time frame anymore. It's an unfair mechanic due to being poorly implemented, comment from the person on FB? It's fixed because of presets.
Sadly, due to a bad community and people who know full well they can perform in this manner, it's not likely to change. All you can do is the content that isn't designed in a poor manner. Not gonna stop me though from fair criticism. You want it to stop? Simply fix the issues present in your game. Pretty simple. I get what I want, the playing field becomes fair in arena. People get to target things they're aiming for, no one gets unfairly shafted in Colosseum from doing raids, etc. People fight me tooth and nail over this, it's quite sad. And this is just the first, so many more issues that can be considered core to mediumish, nitpicky. Bad, to just a word change kind of thing. Example, Bari's says enemies on her SC, false information, it's one enemy. Will they change it? Well, they've had around a month. One word, too much.
If you tell someone to quit, you're an idiot. You don't have a point, so you tell them to just leave. Maybe standards should occur instead for the developer.
